• Information Architecture: Drove the evolution of the internal B2B design system and led a multi-phase information architecture redesign, improving consistency, adoption, navigation, and discoverability across teams and core enterprise personas. 

• Custom Reporting Solutions: Owned experience strategy for custom enterprise reporting, partnering with data teams to deliver AI-enhanced insights that enabled faster, more confident decision-making at scale.

As a Senior UX Designer and Team Lead at The Trade Desk DSP, I drove large-scale app experiences through UX strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and design system leadership. 

• Product Design Lead: Spearheaded the Solimar release, redesigning site architecture, navigation, homepage, reporting, and campaign flows, which raised the Q2 Net Promoter Score to 55——a 50‑point increase from Q2 2021.

• AI-Powered Experience Strategy: Led cross-functional efforts to integrate AI-driven campaign optimization and audience targeting into the platform, standardizing UX patterns in partnership with product, UX directors, and the CTO to drive scalable design solutions. 

• Design Team Leadership & Career Growth: Managed the End‑to‑End Experiences team, overseeing the Trade Desk Design Framework (Solimar) and the Lingo Design System, and mentored four designers who earned promotions within three years. 

• Executive & Product Strategy Alignment: Collaborated with product and business leaders to align design work with corporate innovation goals, presenting design direction to the CEO, CTO, and senior directors and strengthening global stakeholder collaboration.
