Design Lead: Spearheaded the Trade Desk Solimar release, orchestrating comprehensive redesigns encompassing platform site architecture, navigation, homepage, reporting, and buy experiences to elevate user engagement. Q2 2023 Net Promoter Score: 55 (A 50-point increase from Q2 2021).
Strategic Collaboration: Worked closely with product and business stakeholders to align our efforts with organizational innovation strategies and timelines, fostering collaboration on a global scale. Regularly presented design directions with top executives (CEO & CTO) and directors.

Data & Analytics: Designed and implemented cutting-edge data visualizations and dashboards within the Trade Desk DSP platform, leveraging a combination of innovative graphic elements and user-centric design principles.
Engineering Partnership: Established strong partnerships with engineering teams, from concept to resource estimation and final implementation, conducting daily scrums through QA to ensure a seamless design-to-development process.
Team Leadership: Led the End-to-End Experiences team, overseeing critical components like the Trade Desk Design Framework (Solimar), the Lingo Design System, and shared design resources across the DSP product pillars.
Process Enhancement: Prioritized refining internal UX and cross-team processes, amplifying collaboration, communication, and velocity between product, UX, and engineering teams, optimizing project delivery.
User-Centric Insights: Led focus groups and conducted usability tests, working closely with researchers to extract valuable insights from user feedback, including both internal and external agency traders, to guide ad tech DSP product development.
