Location to green spaces and entertainment help make Element Uptown a popular apartment sky-rise. The Element Uptown clients wanted a logo and identity that appealed to their target demographic of smart, young professionals in Charlotte’s bustling financial and IT sectors. Another factor was to create a strong identity that bested the next door competition, Catalyst Charlotte.
300 Swift Durham Flats
300 Swift Durham Flats is a newly constructed apartment complex located in Durham, North Carolina. Nestled within The Research Triangle and a few blocks from Duke University. Location and amenities make 300 Swift a highly desirable apartment community.
The 300 Swift clients wanted a logo and identity that appealed to their target demographic which consisted of Duke graduate students and affluent professionals. Also, The clients wanted a responsive web presence that could be easily accessed on mobile devices.
The Boulevard is a mixed-use apartment and retail community located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, a northern suburb of Charleston. The property was recently bought by our client and they needed a rebranding of their identity and website.
